Terms of Service

By utilizing Intercity Cargo Service tracking, booking APIs, or our vendor platform, you agree to our standard terms of service. This includes adhering to our platform API rate limits (150 requests/min), ensuring accurate cargo dimensions during booking, and providing valid customs documentation for international transit.

Privacy & Data Security

Intercity Cargo Service treats all logistics data as highly sensitive confidential information.

  • Encryption: All tracking and booking data is securely encrypted at rest (AES-256) and via transit (TLS 1.3).
  • Data Retention: Tracking logs are retained for 7 years for compliance, but detailed manifest contents undergo anonymization after 6 months.
  • Third-Party Access: We do not sell supply chain patterns or vendor shipping volumes to external marketing agencies.

Liability & Insurance

Under the Montreal and Warsaw Conventions, as well as general maritime law, carrier liability may be limited. We strongly advise that all vendors and customers purchase our extended premium cargo insurance, which provides total coverage for high-value merchandise, covering damage, delay, and loss in transit.

All claims must be submitted via our automated claims portal within 48 hours of shipment delivery state change.

Vendor Code of Conduct

  • Drivers must adhere to our centralized dispatch routes to maintain SLA and predictive accuracy.
  • Vendors must utilize the official Intercity Cargo Service Driver App for timestamp validation.
  • Strict adherence to local environmental emission standards is mandatory for our certified fleet.
